Accepted Answer

No. Drafting is grounded in your own library through retrieval, every citation token is resolved against Crossref or PubMed, and unresolved references are flagged. Claims the evidence does not support are underlined in the editor.

Is InkPhD compliant with the EU AI Act and GDPR?

Accepted Answer

InkPhD is not a high-risk AI system and not a medical device. It meets Article 50 transparency duties: AI involvement is always explicit, AI-generated content is labelled, and evidence provenance is available per paragraph. GDPR: no model training on your data, self-service data export and erasure, a published subprocessor list and an Article 28 DPA for institutions.
